- For Quick Gigs, Workers will reach out to you directly, and it will be your responsibility to thoroughly vet and assess their qualifications. Twaisa will not be held liable for any damages, risks, or issues that may arise from the employment relationship between you, as the employer, and the job seekers who you choose to hire. This arrangement is solely between you and the candidates.
- By using Quick Gigs, you agree that your contact information will be made public and accessible to anyone viewing your gig. It is the employer's responsibility to remove or disable their listing once a suitable candidate has been selected. This ensures that employers stop receiving inquiries for the gig after they've already hired someone.

- Should an Employer choose to cancel their subscription or downgrade their plan mid-billing cycle, they will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining duration of the billing cycle. Twaisa will not refund any fees paid by the Employer due to their mistake, including, but not limited to, selecting an incorrect subscription plan, providing inaccurate information, or failing to cancel the subscription prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Twaisa reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits at its sole discretion.
- Please note that prices may fluctuate based on prevailing currency conversion rates at the time of your transaction. We recommend monitoring these changes regularly. However, while such variations may occur, they are generally not expected to cause significant disruptions or interfere with the payment process.
